We come to our dedicated clients with the following announcement after much thought and heartfelt consideration. We hope you know that Dr. Howard and staff strive for excellence in every part of providing your pet with the best care possible. However, in these trying times, we can only do so much and bear so much responsibility without sacrificing great medical care. Providing 24 hour care has severely taxed our doctor and staff. We want to continue providing the absolute best care for your pets, which is why we have made the decision to update our 24 hour urgent & emergency services.
The following will be implemented for current clients in good standing ONLY starting on Wednesday September 1, 2021.
Monday-Fridays: We will only be answering a new after hours phone number for current clients, in good standing, with medical questions until 9pm. We will come in for life-saving measures and end of life care at the doctor’s discretion.
Saturdays: From 1-5pm, we will see current client emergencies and answer the after hours phone for current client medical questions. From 5pm-9pm, we will answer the after hours phone number for current clients for medical questions only.
Sundays: From 9am-5pm, we will answer the after hours phone number for current clients with medical questions only.
Holidays: We will be answering the after hours number for current client medical questions only from 9am-5pm.
